Rare bird Alert –  16 October 2017

One Bar-tailed Godwit – named E7, was recorded as flying the longest nonstop migration of any non-terrestrial bird.  This was from New Zealand  to the Yellow sea (between China and Korea)!

A distance of over 11 000 km in 7 days.
