Vagrant to the Western Cape. This bird was foraging in the open on the lawns at the NVT offices at Natures Valley in the Western Cape for the afternoon of the 26th of May and on the morning of the 27th. This confiding behavior led to its demise as it was caught by a Black Sparrowhawk at about 11am!
